Sam is a former Pastor, college President, Chancellor, and President Emeritus of Beulah Heights University. In 1973 “student” Sam Chand was serving Beulah Heights Bible College as janitor, cook and dishwasher then returned in 1989 to serve as “President” of the same college! Under his leadership it became the country’s largest predominantly African-American Christian College.

Deborah Chand

Chief Executive Officer  |  Coach Trainer

Debbie Chand is a long time resident of Atlanta Georgia. After 10 years of being the Director of Marketing and Recruitment at a university, she became the project manager of branding and created the business model and processes for the Dream Releaser Coaching Program. She is the Chief Executive Officer of Dream Releaser Coaching, a life coach certification program approved with International Coaching Federation. Her educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Leadership Studies and Administration, a Master’s Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing, and she is a certified Master Coach Trainer!

Debbie is a Partner Manager for Four Rivers Media and Dream Releaser Enterprises and serves on the Executive Leadership Team. These are partner companies specializing in branding, marketing, publishing, client management, project management, social media and more. She is the owner of Debbie Chand Enterprises, the umbrella of her partner management portfolio.

Her other interests and experiences include event planning (corporate and private such as conferences, roundtables, symposiums, sports events, etc.) She assists start-ups with working on their business plans and helps them to make the goals simple and achievable.

Debbie’s passion is to help others succeed and help them fulfill dreams that are seemingly impossible!

Chris Bowen

Executive Director | Coach Trainer

Dr. Christopher Bowen is Founder of Living Faith International Ministries in Forest Park, Ga. He was born and raised in South Charleston, Ohio, then moved to Atlanta after graduating high school to attend Beulah Heights University. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in 1987.

In 1990, Dr. Chris established Living Faith Tabernacle in a small hotel room with 15 members. The ministry grew at a phenomenal rate and after the seventh building project, the sanctuary on Old Dixie Road in Forest Park, Georgia now seats 1,300 people, with multiple services weekly.

Dr. Bowen continued his education, receiving his Master’s degree in Leadership Development at Southwestern Christian University in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma and his Doctorate of Ministry in Pastoral Care and Counseling from Oral Roberts University in April 2011. Dr. Bowen is a full time professor at Beulah Heights University, where he instructs several classes such as: Success for Life, Marriage and Family, Pneumatology and Early Hebrew History, to name a few. He is the Executive Director of Dream Releaser Coaching, a motivational speaker, and travels internationally to speak on topics such as time management, body language, communication, and financial freedom. In addition to operating in leadership, he is also a business owner and entrepreneur, of Bowen Wilson Properties, CEO of C-Bo Enterprises and the CEO and founder of 5 Star Personal and Corporate Development in Atlanta, Ga.

On December 31, 2016, Dr. Bowen decided to set the example of how to leave a thriving ministry, as senior pastor, putting it into the hands of his successor to continue to grow the church. He then ventured out to minister to young pastors and ministers to father and mentor them on how to balance family, education and church, on a solid foundation. He personally develops company, businesses, pastors and ministries into 5 Star Quality.

Dr. Bowen has authored 12 books which, “Beyond Five Star Quality” and has become his #1 selling book, selling thousands of copies in 7 countries. In this book, he informs us how to provide greater excellence and service to our personal and business lives, corporations, and or churches. His newest release, August 2019, “If It Ain’t Broke, Break It”, a book on transition in ministry is anticipated to out sell his 5 Star Book. Dr. Bowen resides in Lake Spivey, GA with his wife, Kathy. Jim Bolin

Coach Trainer

Jim Bolin is a speaker, author and follower of Jesus Christ and has been guided by a passionate vision to bring love, accept and forgiveness to a hurting society. As part of that vision, Jim and Robin, his wife of over 38 years, their son Jason and daughter Jessica along with a small group of supporters began Trinity Chapel on September 11, 1983. That humble beginning would grow into a congregation of several thousand members and faithful attendants. Today Jim’s ministry has moved into its next phase of consulting churches and coaching pastor’s around the United States and even into several foreign nations. As senior pastor with over 35 years of experience, a teacher and author of two books, (Recognizing the Spirits that Hinder the Flow of God and The Rope of Hope), Jim brings a wealth of knowledge and wisdom to the challenges facing pastor’s and churches today. Jim attended Lee University in Cleveland, TN and received his Doctorate of Divinity from Jacksonville Theological Seminary. He also completed the Dream Releaser Coaching program with Sam Chand in the summer of 2011. Then in February of 2012 Jim and Robin became senior pastors of The Landing Church in McDonough, GA. He and Robin still reside in Powder Springs and continue supporting their son Jason and his wife Sarah who now serve as Senior Pastor’s of Trinity Chapel. Jim and Robin’s life is a testimony that “hope does not disappoint” (Romans 5:5).

Mona Brawley

Coach Trainer 

Mona Brawley is the President/CEO of Mona Brawley Coaching, LLC. She pastors alongside her husband, Dr. Don Brawley III who is senior pastor and founder of Impact Church located in Snellville, GA. Mona has been a certified Master Coach Trainer for Dream Releaser Coaching since its inception (2010). She has been married to her college sweetheart, Don, for more than thirty years. Together they graduated from college, were ordained and licensed, and now pastor Impact Church (ImpactGwinnett.com), which they began twenty-six years ago. She is the proud mother of their three birth children and three by marriage, Brandon (Kristie), Chantelle (Marquice}, Aaron (Adeline) and grandmother to Isabella. In
1996, Mona founded Women of Impact Ministry, a woman’s ministry dedicated to inspiring and
challenging women to reach their fullest potential in Christ Jesus.

Her formal training led her towards education. She is a seasoned tenured elementary educator with the Gwinnett County Public School system where she serves as a STEM/Math Specialist. She is admired by many for her keen ability to balance work, ministry, and family while maintaining her passionate pursuit of God. Through the years, God has ordered her steps, which have led to many personal, professional, and spiritual accomplishments. Mona was voted Local Teacher of the Year by her peers in August 2020
and named as one of the top 25 finalists for Gwinnett County’s Teacher of the Year, and wrote and earned over $50,000.00 in grants to fund programmings. In March 2018, she was awarded Elementary Teacher of the Year by Gwinnett Alliance for Gifted Education for using her unique gifts to motivate gifted students to achieve their personal best.

Her desire is to give back to others what God has planted in her. Mona’s enthusiastic and passionate
pursuit of her God-given purpose led her to continue her education at Regent University. She earned a Masters in Organizational Leadership with a focus in Leadership Coaching and Mentoring in May 2010.  As a Life change Strategist, Mona champions purpose and transformation by inspiring hope and encouragement to those who dare to believe they can change their lives. She enjoys motivating others to fulfill their God-given purpose while on earth; therefore, Mona Brawley Coaching was birthed. William E. Flippin

Coach Trainer 

The Reverend Dr. William E. Flippin, Sr., B.A., M. Div., D. Min., is a native of Nashville, Tennessee. Dr. Flippin has earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics and Business Administration from Fisk University in Nashville, Tennessee. In addition, Dr. Flippin holds a Master of Divinity, Cum Laude, from Candler School of Theology at Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia; while in seminar, he was a Benjamin E. Mays Fellow and The Fund for Theological Education. Dr. Flippin earned a Doctorate of Ministry from McCormick Theological Seminary in Chicago, Illinois. Dr. Flippin is a Certified Life Transformational Coach and also a Certified Leadership Coach Trainer.

Faithfully serving as Senior Pastor of The Greater Piney Grove Baptist Church in Atlanta, Georgia, since 1990, Pastor Flippin has led The Greater Piney Grove to a unique sense of mission and outreach. He also serves as the founder and CEO of The Flippin Legacy Ministries, The Pearl Initiative, Inc. and Pearls of Great Price Ministries, Inc. He is the author of five books; In my Father’s House, Order in the Church, Order in the Pulpit, God’s Order and his newest book, Vision 20/20; a collection of his favorite sermons preached throughout the years.

Dr. William E. Flippin, Sr. is also a proud member of the distinguish Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Incorporated. In 2009, Dr. Flippin was appointed to serve as the National Chair of The Chaplain Corporation of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. His ministry has allowed him to travel, teaching and preaching internationally in Lagos, Nigeria for The Annual 2009 Missions Conference at West African Theological Seminary, Ethiopia, Africa and the Holy Land of Israel, to name a few.

Dr. Flippin has been married for over thirty-five years to Sylvia Taylor, who is an instructional coach for the DeKalb County Board of Education. Mrs. Flippin is a graduate of Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee, and holds a Masters degree in Education from Georgia State University.

Betty Glover Palmer

Dr. Palmer is President of B. G. Palmer Training and Coaching. Her organization equips individuals, organizations and ministries in starting nonprofit organizations; also provides life coaching and training to those who want to enhance their lives & careers. She formerly served with distinction as Chair for Urban and Leadership Studies and professor, for over fourteen years, at Beulah Heights University in Atlanta, GA. Jeffrey S. Smith

Training and coaching high performance leaders has taken Jeffrey to Mexico, South Africa, Brazil, Kenya, Nigeria, Canada and Australia. Jeffrey began his career as a marketing representative for IBM, followed by positions as Trust Administrator/Officer and head of the Corporate Trust Department for National City Bank in Toledo, Ohio.
