Track 1: Coaching Essentials
This course will equip you to train coaches, train the trainer, build your coaching team and expand your coaching footprint.
This track will include:
- Weekly zoom or phone call with a coach trainer
- Next Steps – weekly assignments
- Summit - held online
- Peer co-coaching
Our objectives for the lessons in the CE track are to insure that the coach trainee grows and develops personally and becomes equipped with the basic skills to coach others. In this track you will begin to coach and be coached. It is our desire that you enjoy the journey!
Specific topics discussed in Coaching Essentials include: The Elements of Coaching, Building Hope—Changing Lives, Changing Lives through Coaching, Motivational Interviewing, Steps toward a Desired Destiny, and Forward-Focused Coaching along with many subtopics and life application exercises.
Track 2: Whole Life Coaching
In this course we address the benefits and dynamics of group coaching and team coaching, as well as executive coaching. It will prepare you to approach HR, your supervisor or others who will engage you as a corporate coach.
This track will include:

- Next Steps – weekly assignments
- Summit – held online
- Peer co-coaching
This track will focus on an in depth look at the life of the coach trainee through a series of instruments and exercises. In turn the coach trainee will develop the skills to lead others through the process.
Topics in this track include: Personality Types and Definitions, Self-Discovery, Discovering and Overcoming Barriers, Discovering and Developing Personal Core Values, Balanced Living, and Life by Design—Not Default.

Track 3: Coaching with Sam Chand

Coaching with Sam Chand (CSC) will be the culmination of what Dream Releaser Coaching offers. This track will feature the personal teaching and coaching of founder Sam Chand.
This track will include:

- Next Steps – weekly assignments
- Summit – held online
- Peer co-coaching
The topics in this track are personal to the founder. They are topics that, in his experience, every leader faces and thus every coach will find himself or herself faced with the challenge of coaching others through these issues.
The topics for this track include: Focus, Vision Casting, Communication, Decision Making, Choosing the Team, Leadership Development, Change vs. Transition, Conflict, Organizational Congruence, Financial Management, Time Allocation, Control vs. Delegation, Execution, Future Thinking, and Legacy.

Track 4: Building your Coaching Business
The Building your Coaching Business (BYCB) track gives an overview of the major steps required to set up a business.
Using the guidelines given by the Small Business Administration, this track breaks down each step providing exercises that can be used in establishing your coaching business. Items such as monetizing your product, business structure, writing a business plan, insurance matters, marketing, and assessments are addressed.

Track 5: Professional ICF Credentialing
This Track will prepare the qualified candidate to apply for professional coaching certification with the International Coach Federation (ICF).
It includes the twelve hours of mentor coaching required in the ICF credentialing process.

Course 1:Â Master Coach Principles
This course follows from the tracks, Coaching Essentials. Whole Life Coaching, Coaching with Sam Chand, and Building your Coaching Business which are preferred but not required.
In this course you will build on previous coaching courses to acquire the skill to train other coaches – coach train the trainer; and speak clearly on all things coaching. The course focuses on the “how to’s” of training with emphasis on the adult learner and group coaching. You will gain familiarity with current literature in the field of coaching. In addition to theory, this course has a practicum component which allows you to experience training coaches and presenting the basics of coaching.
Course 2:Â Corporate & Group Coaching
As we gain experience and increase our level of competence, referrals become more common (and certainly welcome). Some clients talk to their superiors at work—managers, division chiefs, and officers in the C-Suite—and recommend us to them. This opens the door to a new set of opportunities... and challenges.
In this course we address the benefits and dynamics of group coaching andteam coaching, as well as executive coaching. When we get to this level in our careers, our reputations are enhanced and we have the opportunity to be more selective in choosing our clients.

You will be sent an invoice each month with your balance. Please pay balance (as per your payment plan) by the 15th of each month. Payment is applied same day as received. It will be reflected on your statement within 7 business days.
If you have not made a payment within 7 days of each invoice, there will be an automatic administrative withdrawal from the track you are currently enrolled in unless you have made arrangements with the office. You will be reenrolled when your account becomes current.
Enrollment in the next Track is contingent on all accounts being current.
